The Brief
The client envisioned a robust, two-sided platform requiring a complete technical build. The scope included developing a customer-facing frontend, a rider-facing mobile interface, a powerful admin dashboard, a complex backend for matching and tracking, and full deployment to a live environment.
Our Approach
We handled the entire project from frontend to backend to deployment. Our full-stack development process included:
Frontend: Building a responsive web application for customers to place and track delivery requests.
Backend: Developing a secure and scalable backend with a Node.js/Python API, featuring real-time location tracking, payment gateway integration, and a sophisticated order-routing algorithm.
Mobile App: Creating a companion app for riders to receive job notifications, manage their availability, and navigate to pickup/drop-off points.
Deployment: Configuring servers, databases, and SSL certificates followed by a seamless deployment to a cloud hosting provider.
